Structured Recovery Support for Women
Many women leave treatment with strong clinical insight and a genuine commitment to recovery. Yet the transition back into daily life can be challenging. Work, parenting, relationships, and everyday responsibilities can quickly erode the structure that supported early recovery in treatment settings.
The Groundwork was created to bridge this gap.
The Groundwork is a structured recovery coaching intensive for women who are clinically stable yet benefit from consistent support as they translate treatment gains into daily life. The program provides accountability, relational support, and practical implementation of recovery practices within the context of real-world responsibilities.
Rather than focusing on new clinical treatment, The Groundwork helps women apply and sustain the recovery tools they have already learned.
Who This Program Is For
The Groundwork is designed for women who are:
✓ Transitioning from residential, PHP, or IOP levels of care
✓ Experiencing repeated relapse patterns despite strong treatment insight
✓ Struggling to consistently implement recovery tools in daily life
✓ Seeking additional structure, accountability, and supportive community
✓ Managing complex family, professional, or parenting responsibilities in recovery
Participants should be clinically stable and engaged in therapy or psychiatric care as appropriate.
Program Structure
The Groundwork operates as a small cohort recovery intensive with rolling enrollment. This structure allows participants to join the program as space becomes available rather than waiting for a fixed start date.
Core elements of the program include:
Weekly structured recovery coaching groups
Individual coaching support between sessions
Experiential integration days and activities
Mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR-informed) regulation practices
Practical relapse-prevention application within daily life
Peer connection within a small, supportive cohort
The program emphasizes consistent implementation, accountability, and sustainable routines rather than short-term intervention.
Clinical Alignment
The Groundwork is non-clinical and collaborative by design. Participants remain engaged in their individual therapy, psychiatric care, and other clinical supports as indicated.
The program functions as a structured bridge between treatment settings and independent recovery, helping women maintain momentum as they move forward in their lives.
